Noamaya Investment Ltd is an Israeli private equity firm founded on December 6, 1995, with the goal of managing a varied investment portfolio that generates attractive risk-adjusted returns over a long term.

We take pride in our culture of integrity, innovation, vision, and value creation, as well as our ability to invest a combination of proprietary capital and/or debt or equity raised from our branded investment products, allowing us to invest with a longer-term perspective. Because we are not managing external investors such as hedge funds or answering to consultants, and we are not subject to benchmarking or the risk of redemptions, we can focus solely on identifying the best ideas, allocating sufficient time and resources to conduct thorough due diligence, and responding quickly to opportunities.

Apart from sourcing companies, projects, and/or investment opportunities in the asset management, wealth management, private equity, venture capital, and technology sectors that are either undervalued by the market or lack development capital, we are also open to considering and evaluating other companies from around the world that meet our due diligence requirements for funding.
